As Tronex’s dedicate Jewelry Trade Customer Service department, we have the expertise in the trade to help you find solutions for your pliers and cutters needs. We are here to help you with advice on finding the right pliers and cutters for task at hand. Pliers and Cutters are important tools for you, the Jewelry Artisan and we know that having the right tool is ever so important. We want to help you to buy the right tool the first time.
We are reachable via phone, text, email and snail mail. No crazy phone tree to navigate through to try to reach us. We enjoy what we do and are passionate about helping others, so please don’t hesitate to drop us a line. Our official hours are M-F 8:00am – 4:30pm Pacific (California) time. If you need help outside those hour, email or text us as we start our day much earlier and end it much later than the posted hours.
When it comes to warranty claims, for the Jewelry Trade, we handle those too. If you have a tool that you would like to have evaluated for a warranty claim, please submit your request through our online repair request form here. Desco/Tronex’s official limited warranty statement is available on their site but if you want a much faster turnaround, please contact us directly.
We provide free minor services like spring and grip replacements normally within 48 hours. You need to fill out our repair request form if you would like to take advantage of this free service. Full reconditioning and sharpening services are available for a fee and do take longer.
